Delete your data.

If you have an account

Delete it yourself, now. Sign in, go to your account, and use Delete your account at the bottom of the page. It asks once, then removes the account, its licence, every activated machine, your usage history, and any message or release-list entry under the same address. There is no waiting period and nothing to ask us for.

If you do not

If you left your address for the release email, or wrote to us, ask here and we will delete everything we hold about that address.

What cannot be deleted

Nothing, today. Once card payments open, invoices and payment records will be the exception: the law requires a business to keep them for several years, so they survive an account deletion. The privacy policy has the details, and says what else you can ask for, such as a copy of your data or a correction.
