Terms

The deal, in plain words.

Last updated 30 September 2026

Who you are dealing with

Object Forge AI is made and sold by Andrew Kassatly, a sole trader based in Lebanon, trading as Object Forge AI. These terms are an agreement between you and Andrew Kassatly. Contact details are on the business details page.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to buy anything. If you accept these terms for a studio, you are confirming that you are allowed to agree to them on its behalf.

What you get

A licence to use Object Forge AI for as long as your licence is active, on the number of machines your seats cover. The licence is yours to use, not to resell, sublicense or redistribute. You may install it on replacement hardware; revoke the old machine from your account when you do.

What it costs, and when we charge

$25 per seat, per month. A seat is one machine that can run the application. Card payments are not open yet. Until they are, access is set up directly by us, and nothing is charged through this website.

To change the number of seats, tell us how many you need and a person will make the change.

If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and it will never apply to a month you have already paid for. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Model time is included, and it is metered. Each seat comes with an allowance of model tokens per month, shown on the pricing page. Allowances pool across your account and are counted against our own provider accounts, so there is no separate bill from a model provider. Image renders made on the model time in your plan come out of the same allowance, counted by the tokens the image provider reports for each one. An allowance covers the month it belongs to and does not roll into the next one.

When an allowance is spent, generation and rendering stop until the month turns over, you move to a plan with a larger one, or you point the application at your own provider key. Nothing keeps running and bills you for it afterwards. A request only starts if what it sends fits in what is left; the one answer that crosses the line is allowed to finish, is capped in length, and counts toward that month. We count every token a request consumes, including the model’s own reasoning and any retry it makes after an invalid result, and the application shows you that count as it goes.

If you save your own provider API key in the application’s settings instead, or your own Gemini key for renders, that provider bills you directly, we take no part of it, and your included allowance is simply not spent.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include VAT or sales tax. Where tax applies, it is shown to you with the total before you pay anything, never added afterwards.

Stopping, and refunds

Stop whenever you like. Nothing renews automatically while card payments are closed, so there is nothing to cancel. Tell us if you want seats or your whole account removed, and we will do it.

No card payments are taken through this website yet, so there is nothing here to refund. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

If something on our side stopped you using what you were given, that is a conversation worth having: sales@objectforge-ai.com. The refund policy says what will apply once card payments open.

What you make with it belongs to you

We claim no ownership of the objects, data or code you generate. Ship it, sell it, put it in a game, change it beyond recognition. We do not need a credit and we do not take a cut.

What the AI does and does not promise

Objects are written by a language model briefed as a game systems designer and checked against the balance norms available to it. That checking is real and it catches a lot, but it is not a guarantee. Review what it produces before you ship it. A generated number that passes every check can still be wrong for your game.

The model can also produce output resembling something it has seen. We do not warrant that generated names, descriptions or values are free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for what you publish.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person; buy seats for a team rather than sharing a login.

Fair use of the service

Do not attempt to bypass licensing, resell access, or use the service to produce material that is unlawful. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability

The desktop application checks your licence with us every couple of weeks, not every time it opens, so a short outage on our side does not stop it starting. Making and retuning objects needs a connection: to your model provider on your own key, and to us on the model time in your plan. This website and our services are provided as they are, without a guaranteed uptime figure unless your agreement says otherwise.

Ending it

You can delete your account entirely at any time, yourself, from the bottom of your account page.

We may suspend or end a licence if these terms are broken, and we will tell you why. Anything you have already generated remains yours in every case.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
